ShivShambhu WebWorks (OPC) Private Limited is committed to customer satisfaction and offers a clear refund policy for its online courses and digital services.
1. Refund/Cancellation Period
Our policy for refunds on course purchases is as follows:
- Full Refund Request: A full refund will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of the purchase date and the customer has consumed less than 10% of the course content (based on lesson/module completion tracking).
- Cancellation/Refund after Course Access: If a refund request is made after 7 days, or if more than 10% of the course content has been consumed, the request will be declined. This is because significant access to digital content is deemed delivery of the service.
- Specialized or Custom Services: For custom coaching packages, personalized consulting, or dedicated services, all sales are considered final and non-refundable once the initial consultation or project work has commenced, unless otherwise stated in a separate service agreement.
2. Service Quality and Expectations
- Content Not as Described: In the event you feel that the course content received is significantly different from what was advertised on the website, you must bring it to the notice of our Customer Service team within the initial 7-day refund window. The Customer Service Team will review your complaint against the course outline and promotional materials and take an appropriate decision.
- Technical Issues: If you experience sustained technical issues (e.g., inability to access video players, corrupted files) that prevent you from consuming the course, please report these to our Customer Service team immediately. We will first attempt to resolve the technical issue. If we are unable to provide a functional fix within a reasonable timeframe, a full or partial refund will be considered, regardless of content consumption.
3. Subscription Services
- For any recurring subscription services (e.g., membership sites or monthly access), you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
- Cancellations do not entitle you to a refund of the current billing period, but your access will continue until the end of that period.
4. Processing Refunds
- All refunds are subject to final approval by ShivShambhu WebWorks.
- Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method. It will typically take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be credited back to the end customer’s account, depending on your bank or payment processor.
